Vidyakrishna College of Health Education operates on a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy towards ragging. In accordance with the directives of the Honorable Supreme Court of India, the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and the Indian Nursing Council (INC), ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within and outside the college premises, including hostels and transport.
Any act of physical or mental abuse (including bullying and exclusion) targeted at another student on the ground of color, race, religion, caste, ethnicity, or gender.
Any conduct by words spoken or written, or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating, or handling with rudeness a fresher or any other student.
Asking students to perform tasks, run errands, part with money, or any act that disrupts the regular academic activity of a student.
Students found guilty of ragging, actively or passively, or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, will be subjected to strict disciplinary action, which may include but is not limited to:
