Our Commitment to Fairness

Vidyakrishna College of Health Education maintains a transparent and structured fee refund policy for students enrolled in our ANM, GNM, and D.Pharm programs. In the event that a student decides to withdraw their admission, refunds are processed systematically in compliance with regulatory council guidelines and institutional rules.

Refund Slabs & Deduction Rules

Before Course Commencement

If a written application for withdrawal is received before the formal commencement of classes, a nominal processing fee may be deducted, and the remaining balance will be fully refunded.

Within 15 Days of Admission

For cancellations requested within 15 days of the officially notified date of commencement of the academic session, deductions will apply as per institutional guidelines.

After 15 Days / Post Session Start

Once 15 days have elapsed after the commencement of classes, tuition fees for the ongoing semester or session are generally non-refundable, barring exceptional security/caution deposits.

Non-Refundable Fees & Processing Guidelines

Please take note of the following guidelines governing fee cancellation and refund processing:

- Application & Registration Fees: Prospectus charges, admission form fees, and initial registration charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Written Application Requirement: All refund requests must be submitted formally in writing by the student/parent to the Principal’s office along with the original fee payment receipts.
- Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed and transferred via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to the designated bank account within 30 working days from the approval date.
- Caution Money / Security Deposit: Refundable security deposits (if any) are cleared only after the successful completion of the course or formal clearance from all departments (Library, Labs, Hostel).
